Return Policy
Affluent-Publishing.com Return Policy
v Affluent-Publishing.com will issue a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) for you online purchase if you:
Ø Return new books, unopened CDs, cassettes in their original condition.
Ø Include the packing slip or invoice of the package you received.
Ø Mail your return within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip or invoice.
Affluent-Publishing.com shall have no obligation to refund or return any items it receives that are not in compliance with the requirements listed above.

Note:
v Original shipment charges are not refundable. The cost of postage for all returns is the responsibility of the customer.
v Returns made to Affluent-Publishing.com will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
v No credits or refunds will be issued for any item(s) that is returned after 30 days from the shipment date listed on your packing slip or invoice.
v The return procedure above applies only to those items purchased from Affluent-Publishing.com. It does not apply to books bought at another bookseller, online, or retail store.
v Affluent-Publishing.com cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we strongly recommend that your return be sent as an insured package via a traceable carrier (DHL, FEDEX, UPS) and that you retain the carrier’s tracking number until you receive your credit or refund.
v Affluent-Publishing.com will assume no responsibility for returns shipped via a non-traceable carrier (USPS) and it never received.
v The credit for your return will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. It may take up to two credit billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
